Backoffice Excel Expert

This is a full-time, on-site role for a remote data entry Excel expert at Telecom Networks Outsourcing. As a data entry agent, your day-to-day tasks will include
- Review classifier model outputs (e.g., category, gender, color assignments) and correct inaccurate values in our internal catalog UI
- Manually assign or validate missing or incorrect product attributes (e.g., size, season, material)
- Perform brand curation and mapping tasks to ensure brand names are clean, consistent, and aligned across internal systems and third-party data sources
- Flag edge cases or recurring misclassifications to improve training data or model logic
- Support ongoing efforts to maintain a unified brand taxonomy and identify potential duplicates or misclassifications
- Assist with the cleanup and enrichment of third-party product data, improving product quality and removing irrelevant or incomplete listings
- Perform structured quality assurance sweeps across catalog records
- Collaborate with PMs or catalog team members to understand tagging rules and curate accordingly
Must Have
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
- Strong Excel experience, and knowledge
- Strong English level both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for the Dominican Republic
Nice to have
- Familiarity with eCommerce product types, especially in apparel & accessories
- Basic SQL or spreadsheet experience preferred for light data validation or CSV handling
