Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a customer service representative at Telecom Networks Outsourcing in Santiago de los Caballeros. As a customer service representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries and requests, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will be the main point of contact between our clients and their customers, handling various customer service-related tasks to maintain strong business relationships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software is beneficial
  • Experience or knowledge of fitness and nutrition is a plus
